Uses liquid lubricant - no need to open bearing housing to replace and fill oil. Observation window provided for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and level.
Bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal with unique leak-proof oil design, vent hole at top, and sealant on joints to completely eliminate oil leakage possibility.
Impeller is annealed to completely eliminate internal stress from welding, ensuring no creep or cracks.
Impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable fan operation.
All products tested for running and vibration values after production for reliable operation.
