Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
Motor sliding guides are provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
Bearing housing is reserved for temperature and vibration sensor mounting positions, for convenient installation of fan operation monitoring devices.
Uses liquid lubricant - no need to open the bearing housing to replace and fill oil. Bearing housing has an observation window for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and quantity.
Bearing housing uses a labyrinth mechanical seal with unique leak-proof oil design inside, vent hole at top, and sealant on joint, completely eliminating oil leakage possibility.
Impeller is annealed to completely eliminate internal stress generated during welding, ensuring no creep or cracks.
Impeller undergoes high standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable fan operation.
All products are tested for running and vibration values after production for reliable operation.
