Specifically designed for cement production lines, this centrifugal fan is ideal for supporting dust collectors and wear-resistant applications. It offers high efficiency, durability, and stable performance to meet demanding industrial needs.

Product Features

Capable of outputting higher outlet pressure while providing more gas flow with lower noise. Stable operation at higher media temperatures.
Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
Motor sliding guides provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
Bearing housing reserved for temperature and vibration sensor mounting positions, for convenient installation of fan operation monitoring device.
Uses liquid lubricant, eliminating the need to open the bearing housing to replace and fill the oil. Bearing housing includes observation window for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and level.
Bearing housing uses a labyrinth mechanical seal with unique leak-proof oil design inside, vent hole at top, and sealant on joint, completely eliminating possibility of oil leakage.
Impeller is annealed to completely eliminate internal stress generated during welding, ensuring no creep or cracks.
Impeller undergoes high standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable fan operation.
All products tested for running and vibration values after production for reliable operation.
