Our 132kW heavy-duty induced draft (ID) fan is engineered for industrial boiler systems requiring reliable high-volume flue gas extraction. Built to withstand continuous operation in demanding high-temperature environments, this robust blower ensures optimal combustion efficiency and safe exhaust gas removal.

Product Features

Can work stably at high medium temperature, and can output large gas flow with low noise when pressure requirements are met
Fan blade placement angle is optimized for increased wear resistance and longer service life
Air damper allows flexible adjustment of pressure and flow during operation. Option for variable frequency motor to adjust via speed changes
Material selection for impeller and main shaft based on working conditions (high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel)
Fan systems with impeller diameters less than 1400mm at normal temperature don't require additional bearing cooling devices
Impeller is annealed to eliminate internal stress from welding, preventing creep and cracks
Welds undergo ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure no defects
Impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balance correction for stable operation
