The Cement Kiln Tail Exhaust Fan is the core driving force and key control equipment in the preheater and calciner system of a modern dry-process cement production line. Installed after the outlet of the kiln-end preheater (C1 cyclone), it undertakes two primary critical tasks:
- Establish and maintain a stable negative pressure throughout the entire preheater, calciner, and rotary kiln system, ensuring high-temperature flue gas flows along the intended path and providing the driving force for raw meal preheating and calcination
- Efficiently and stably convey the cooled exhaust gas (typically 280-350°C) after heat exchange to subsequent systems such as waste heat recovery (SP boiler) or gas treatment (dust removal, denitrification)
Its performance directly determines the system's air balance, thermal efficiency, production stability, and environmental emission indicators.

- Backward-curved blades for high efficiency and energy savings
- Dust-resistant design that prevents accumulation
- Wear-resistant construction for extended service life
- Reasonably segmented casing for easy maintenance access
