Introduction Of 4-68 a series centrifugal fan
G4-68, Y4-68 type centrifugal ventilation and induced draft fan:
Use G4-68, Y4-68 centrifugal ventilating, and induced draft fans are suitable for ventilating and inducing drafts for steam boilers below 230t/h in thermal power plants. In the absence of other special requirements, the G4-68 type can also be used for general ventilation of mine ventilators.
The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80°C; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C. Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and increase the service life of the fan.

Both the ventilator and the induced draft fan are made of single suction, and the fan can be made in two forms right rotations or left rotations.
Structural features
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, and transmission part.
(1) The impeller is welded by 12 backward-inclined airfoil blades, with an arc-shaped wheel cover and a flat-shaped wheel disc. Due to the use of wing-shaped blades, the high efficiency, low noise, and high strength of the fan are guaranteed. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, and it runs smoothly.
(2) Chassis The casing is a spiral body welded with ordinary steel plates.
(3) The air inlet is a convergent and streamlined overall structure, fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
(4) Adjusting door The device used to adjust the flow of the fan is composed of petal-shaped blades, which are installed axially in front of the air inlet.
(5) Transmission group The transmission mode is D type. It is composed of a main shaft, bearing box, coupling, and so on. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The water-cooled integral bearing housing is adopted for rolling bearings
