Advantages and Features
1. Impeller:
12 pieces of backward aerofoil blades are welded between the Arc cone front plate and the flat shaped rear plate. Because of the use of airfoil blades, the fan is guaranteed to have high efficiency, low noise and high strength. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so the operation is stable. Forced draught fan and induced draught fan of the same machine number have same impeller structure.
2. Casing:
The casing is a volute welded by ordinary steel plates.
The casing of a single suction fan is made in three different forms: The No. 8 to 12 casing is made into an integral structure and cannot be disassembled; The No. 14 to 16 casing is made into a two open structure; The No. 18~29.5 casing is made into a three open structure.
The induced draft fan and the volute plate are appropriately thickened to prevent wear.
3. Inlet:
The converging and streamlined air inlet is made into a unitary structure and bolted to the inlet side of the fan.
