Product Description

Steel Plant Rotary Hearth Furnace High Temperature Induced Draft Fan is specifically engineered for metallurgical heating furnace applications. Constructed with special heat-resistant alloy steel to withstand continuous exposure to 800°C+ flue gases. Equipped with enhanced cooling system and water-cooled bearings for reliable operation under extreme conditions. Airflow capacity 20,000-150,000m³/h with static pressure up to 6500Pa, meeting stringent requirements of various rotary furnace flue gas systems.

Can work stably at high medium temperature, and can output large gas flow with low noise when pressure requirements are met
Fan blade placement angle is optimized for increased wear resistance and longer service life
Air damper allows flexible adjustment of pressure and flow during operation. Option for variable frequency motor to adjust via speed changes
Material selection for impeller and main shaft based on working conditions (high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel)
Fans with impeller diameters <1400mm at normal temperature don't require additional bearing cooling devices
Impeller is annealed to eliminate internal stress from welding, preventing creep and cracks
Ultrasonic flaw detection ensures no welding/material defects in impeller and main shaft
High standard dynamic balance correction ensures stable operation
