The 4-110kW Q235 Carbon Structural Steel Sintering Induced Draft Fan is designed for high-temperature flue gas and industrial exhaust emission. Constructed with durable Q235 carbon steel for heat and corrosion resistance, it offers robust performance. With a power range of 4-75kW, it delivers high airflow and pressure, ideal for sintering processes and ventilation systems in metallurgy, chemical, and building material industries, ensuring efficient and reliable gas handling.
1.When the pressure requirement is met, a large gas flow can be output, and the noise is very low.
2.The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different diameters of belt pulley to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
3.Motor sliding guides are provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
4.When the airflow resistance is increased, the motor load will be automatically reduced and the motor will not be burnt.
5.In the case of a monolithic bracket, the installation is very simple and requires little support from a professional technician.
6.After the production is completed, all products are tested for running and vibration values for reliable operation.
