Italy cement Group Shaanxi Fuping Cement Limited Company is one of the largest cement manufacturing plant in northern China, the client has very strict requirements on the fan performance, reliability, service life. In 2009, the company ordered 5000t/d cement production line which the main fans bought from our company. In order to meet customers' performance requirements, while the fan can resist wear and tear, which is caused by a lot of dust and used for a long time, and the savings in maintenance costs, we preferred Y4-2X10 series fan which is suitable for users working conditions via a dedicated software, and then install the blade surface with high hardness composite liner wear, extend the life of the fan impeller more than 3 times.
